At Pug Culture, all items are made to order through a print-on-demand service. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all details, including product selection, size, colour, and delivery address, are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made at checkout, and any reorders due to incorrect information must be placed at the customer's expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, we’re happy to help. Please email us at info@pugculture.ca with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
